Frequently Asked Questions

The ETCH CORE Integrity Helpline and online reporting form are available for employees and/or others to report serious concerns or violations, perceived or known at ETCH. Reports may be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, anonymously if desired. Once a report has been completed, information is forwarded immediately to the appropriate ETCH representative for follow-up and resolution.

YES! You may submit an Integrity Report, either by phone or web form, regarding serious concerns or violations while remaining anonymous. The only information required for a new report is brief details regarding the concern so that ETCH may begin an investigation to determine the validity of the violation or concern. This reporting process uses Ethico, an independent, third-party vendor, to receive reports creating a safe and confidential way for individuals to share their concerns.  Only the information you provide is shared with ETCH. If you would like to be contacted by an ETCH representative, you may choose to provide your name, address, phone number or e-mail, but this information is not required to submit a report.

YES!  You may choose to identify yourself so that you may be contacted directly by the individual assigned to investigate your concern.  Your identity can still be kept confidential from others and would be released only if required by law.

No.  You are not required to disclose to anyone that you have submitted an Integrity Report.

Reports received through the Integrity Helpline or the online Integrity Reporting Form are managed in an Ethico cloud-based system that utilizes the latest in 128-bit encryption technology. No data mining or off-site web hosting is used. All report information is kept in a highly secured Ethico facility.

To follow-up on a report you have already submitted, click on the button ‘Follow-Up Report’ found on the ETCH Integrity Reporting webpage – www.etchintegrity.com. Enter your Report Number and password, then click ‘Next’. If a resolution has been provided by ETCH it will be available.

If you do not already have a Report Number, but do have knowledge of serious violations or concerns, perceived or known at ETCH or involving ETCH personnel, you will need to create a New Report. Once your report has been generated, you will be given a Report Number. You will then be able to check the status of your report by logging in at www.etchintegrity.com using your Access Code and Report Number.

Unfortunately, if you have lost or forgotten your Report Number you will need to begin a New Report. For security and confidentiality reasons, we are not able to retrieve lost Report Number’s.
